Moscow, March 21, 2013

Dear Colleagues!

Open Systems Publications welcomes you to attend the Second BIG DATA Forum Russia, the country’s largest event dedicated to the issues of Big Data storage, processing, managing, and security. The interest shown by solution providers and customers in the previous BIG DATA Forum held in March 2012 clearly points to the importance of Big Data to many Russian organizations from all kinds of fields.

Since the previous Forum, more Russian businesses have recognized the necessity to treat the accumulated corporate information as Big Data. Once seen as exotic, the corresponding technology is now fully used in production settings. Vendors have shipped new solutions for Big Data storage, analysis, and security. In addition, Big Data processing is increasingly viewed in the context of cloud services, both private and public. Moreover, many analysts forecast that Big Data is the technology that will become the catalyst of the cloud infrastructure explosive growth.

BIG DATA 2013 Forum is the ideal ground for sharing experiences, holding open discussions on the most challenging issues, and getting to know the latest in Big Data technology. Speakers from the largest organizations that have real-world experience of using Big Data are invited to present keynotes at the event.

The Forum’s participants will have the unique opportunities to:

  • get to know Big Data solutions offered by worldwide known IT vendors as well as by the companies just entering the Russian market;
